In South Africa, state-owned mining company African Exploration Mining and Finance Corporation (AEMFC), established to secure the country’s energy supply primarily through the mining and supply of coal for the generation of electricity, is currently operating its first mine near Ogies, in the Mpumalanga Province.

AEMFC is now requesting for a proposal for the construction of bulk infrastructure services, which will involve paved road and stormwater network at Phola Extension 5 for 24 low cost housing for duration of three months.

Bids will be evaluated in accordance with Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (Act No. 5 of 2000) 90/10 preference point system and functionality.
