Our client is in need of a Portuguese speaking Mozambican Human Resources and Administration Manager from a background in the mining industry to join their team in Mozambique.
- Overseeing all aspects of the Human Resources and Administration functions including training.
- Drive retention and development of employees.
- Create a conducive working environment through developing and maintaining best practices to enhance employee relations.
- Ensure legislative compliance.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Human Resources Degree or similar qualification.
- Fluent Portuguese communication skills.
- Mozambican citizenship.
- 10 years previous experience in Human Resources within mining or mining services environments, with at least 5 years in a management level position.
- Previous experience in Administration management.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Previous experience working with multi-cultural teams.
