Job Description:
The candidate will report into the General Manager and is responsible for ensuring high leveCA Mining Mining Review Africals of service delivery to clients in the area. A key function of this role will be to meet the financial objectives of the respective operations (revenue and profitability). In order to do this, the candidate must oversee the management and organization of all the operations under his/her responsibility.
Responsibilities:

  • Definition and implementation of the resources (team members, technical, financial etc.) required to ensure optimum levels for operations
  • Assisting in Human Resources functions (recruiting, assessment, training etc.)
  • Implementation of KPI’s, management, cost-control and analysis of results, profitability in regards to the objectives set
  • Supervision and leadership of technical and marketing teams
  • Definition and implementation of service development strategy and customer loyalty strategy
  • Supervision and support in implementation of trade policy and marketing (product prices, MO, promotions, communication) to expand sales and profitability
  • Support in the implementation and management of the training center

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  • Relevant Technical Degree
  • 10 years’ minimum experience in technical roles involving Caterpillar equipment, of which at least 5 years must be at management level
  • Previous experience as an expatriate in Africa
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Previous experiencing mentoring and training local nationals as an expatriate


Contract Conditions:

  • Residentially based on family status
  • Long term contract
