An international mining company with numerous projects in Southern Africa is looking Technical Business Improvement Manager to be based in their offices in Sandton. The incumbent will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company.


  • Business improvement on numerous mining projects in South African and Namibia
  • Must maintain strong knowledge of technological improvements in the mining sector
  • Monitor outputs and performances of mining sites
  • Lead incentives to improve performances when needed
  • Monitor parallels with in the mining sector

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

  • Mining Engineer with relevant degree, in Mining, Metallurgical or Mechanical
  • Cost control experience
  • Budgeting and forecasting
