As such its consultative services are conducted by a variety of qualified personnel, ranging from engineers and processing experts to field service technicians and in-house trained technical specialists.

Systematic equipment inspections reduce the possibility of downtime and help identify challenges, which could affect the efficiency of plant processes.

Vibramech carries a large stock of common spares such as motors, exciters, isolators and specialised fasteners at its Chamdor facility and will also, through a consultative process, provide a full list of recommended plant-specific critical OEM spares which should be retained by the customer.

With decades of on-site installation experience, and in-house product knowledge, the company’s field service technicians are highly trained, and vastly experienced, in “in situ” screen component installation procedures and methods.

Vibramech has also developed a comprehensive equipment refurbishment programme, as a cost-effective alternative to the purchase of new equipment, while maintaining OEM quality and performance.

In addition, Vibramech boasts a comprehensive vibrator motor and geared exciter repair facility.

This facility enables the repair or refurbishment of vibrator motors or geared exciters repaired to original manufacturing specifications, by qualified personnel, with access to all the relevant technical data required to provide the best possible repair service.
