Webinar 11 November: Replacing guess work with test work

12h00 GMT | 14h00 SAT

11 November 2021

Duration: 60 minutes

There are two critical steps that go hand-in-hand with ever increasing demands to optimise processes across all equipment, including screening machines.

Those two steps include:

  • the need to accurately assess current operational challenges and secondly
  • provide verifiable data to enable appropriate action to be taken.

Conducting test work allows operations to gain a complete understanding of the dynamics of the process and how the screen media reacts to it.

In doing so, this enables the optimisation of the process to achieve maximum productivity at optimised expenses.

Test work is often not prioritised due to a lack of awareness of the true value it can bring to an operation.

Process equipment specialist Multotec, together with Mining Review Africa aims to turn this concept on its head as together we unpack the importance of test work – particularly for screening applications.

Key takeaways

1. Understand the value that test work provides

2. Better understand the importance of correct screening media selection for individual applications
