The agreements with CITIC Metal and Gold Mountains include both concentrate exports (60%) and blister copper ingots from LCS (40%).
The agreement follows Ivanhoe Mines and CNMC entering into a strategic partnership with LCS on 18 August, 2020.
Kamoa Copper S.A.’s concentrator C4 commissioning phase is expected to commence between the end of May and early June 2021.
