Nyota Minerals has announced its strategy to refocus its activities and reduce overhead costs following the sale of a 75% interest in the Nyota Minerals (Ethiopia), which has since been renamed as KEFI Minerals (Ethiopia) to KEFI Minerals.

The Board of Nyota now comprises of CEO Richard Chase, company secretary Michael Langoulant and technical consultant Evan Kirby – the latter two being Australian residents to meet the company’s statutory requirements.
