Mineral Deposits' Grande Côte mineral sands mine in Senegal, West Africa
ASX-listed Mineral Deposits said production of chloride titanium slag and high purity pig iron is underway at the TiZir titanium & iron ilmenite upgrading facility.

This follows the furnace restart on 7 January 2017 at the facility, following recent successful taps.

Shipments of chloride slag are expected to resume in early April.
